We work hard to ensure that our quality is second to none, and thousands of our customers agree that this difference is something you will experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your life Research Product, let us know via email. If it is your first purchase, and you are within the first 30 days of that purchase we will honor a full refund no matter what!

If it is a subsequent purchase, we accept returns within 60 days of you receiving the product as long as it is unopened and in its original condition. All we ask is that the product is not used.

Any returned products can be sent to the following address. Please send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. life Research is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your item has shipped, please email the tracking number for your returned product so we can process your refund in a timely manner as well as note the day of return.
