Spring 2021- Healing Hollows Farm Comes Alive!

Like tender shoots breaking through chilled ground, Healing Hollows Farm is slowly coming to life. Where fields remained fallow under a deep blanket of snow, compost and microbes now prepare the soil for spring planting. Buildings idle over a long winter suddenly hum with activity.

Spring on the farm is an exciting and hopeful time of transition and a critical time of planning and preparation.

We are thrilled to welcome our new head farmer Nate to the Healing Hollows team! Nate has extensive experience in sound farm practices and we are grateful to have him join us. Since arriving in Paonia, he has surveyed the structures and greenhouses, problem solved the irrigation system, purchased fruit trees to populate non-hemp fields, and is the proud operator of our new (first!) tractor!
